Namaste.
I utilize multiple Bodywork Modalities in a session to relax the central nervous system as I release the muscles where they attach and insert to bone to reset the body and therapeutically relieve pain, restore proper system function and increase range of motion.
Previously an IT Network Operations Manager, my job was to ensure connectivity from one point to another by removing impediments in high speed data networks. I also view the body as a network which can slow due to hinges caused by poor posture, stress and daily work/aB use.
My job now is to palpate to locate then remove impediments in soft tissue to promote blood, lymph and energy flow so your body has the energy required to complete daily tasks in a blockage free, energetically enhanced environment where data signals reach its destination in real time.
This is year 18 for me as a Bodyworker in Atlanta, Ga. My hands are as intuitive and passionate now as the first session. My goal is to partner with you in your self care/wellness journey in an effort to experience life in peak condition. Think of me as your Body Network Technician, a true problem solving massage geek.
